Join our Swiss Payroll Outsourcing division in Nyon. Here, there is no constant turnover: our average length of service is 12 years. A Cyclical Rhythm
This position is a 60% annualized position that requires specific availability according to the payroll schedule:
• Pay period: 100% attendance is required during the production and inspection phase.
• Off-peak period: For the rest of the month, your activity rate is 0%. You enjoy long periods of free time to balance your personal life.
Your Mission: Manage Payroll from A to Z
You will independently manage a dedicated portfolio for multinational companies using our proprietary software.
• Payroll production: Comprehensive management of the monthly cycle, from transfers to closing, for Swiss entities of international groups.
• Technical expertise: You have a thorough understanding of complex issues such as shadow payroll, RSUs/stock options, and expatriate management.
• Taxation: Rigorous management of withholding tax in different cantons
• Innovation: You will collaborate with our developers to continuously improve our payroll software.
• Client Partner: You are the technical point of contact (in French and English) for your clients’ HR/Payroll Managers.
Your Profile
• Experience: At least 3-5 years in Swiss payroll management. Experience in fiduciary/outsourcing or in an international environment is a strong asset.
• Education: Federal Certificate of Competence, Federal Diploma, or equivalent qualification (experience is preferred).
• Languages: Fluent French and professional English (written/spoken) are essential for communicating with our international clients. German is a plus.
• Interpersonal skills: You are proactive, conscientious, and able to handle peak periods calmly.
