The Opportunity

Here, there is no constant turnover: our average length of service is 12 years. To support our Swiss Payroll Outsourcing team, we are creating this key 50% position. We are not looking for a simple executor, but a trusted point of contact for our multinational clients. You will be the essential link between payroll, employees, and insurance companies.
Your Responsibilities: Rigorous and Relationship-Oriented
Working in tandem with our Payroll Specialists, you will independently manage administrative and social aspects:
1. Social Insurance & Claims Management (Technical Core)
• Health & Accidents: Comprehensive management of illness (IJM) and accident (LAA) cases. You report cases, track medical certificates and daily allowance statements before forwarding them to payroll.
• Institutions: Management of affiliations, transfers, and monthly statements with funds (AVS, LPP, etc.).
• Family Allowances: Comprehensive monitoring of files (applications, decisions, transfers) to ensure that employees receive their benefits on time.
2. Support & Front Office (Human Resources)
• Point of Contact: You are the first line of support (phone/email) for answering HR questions from our clients’ employees (in French and English).
• Teaching: You know how to clearly explain a payroll deduction, LPP coverage, or a procedure in case of illness.
3. HR Administration (Rigorous)
• Document Flow: Receiving, scanning, and processing official mail (tax decisions, compensation funds) for our clients.
• Data Management: Entering and updating employee files (new hires, departures, address/bank changes) in our software.
Your Profile
• Level: You have proven experience in HR administration or social insurance in Switzerland. You are able to work independently when reading a statement or managing a claim.• Education: Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in business administration + HR Assistant Certificate (or equivalent experience).
• Education: Commercial employee CFC + HR Assistant Certificate (or equivalent experience).
• Languages: French as your mother tongue (or equivalent) + English B2/C1 (written and spoken) essential. German is an asset.
• Interpersonal skills: You are organized, precise, and know how to manage priorities. Confidentiality is second nature to you.
